Where we deliver

We deliver right across Canada. Delivery times vary by location.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that, a flat $25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Below $75 there is one rate, and it is the $25 above. Once your order is over $75 delivery is free, and you can still choose to pay $25 for the express service if you want it. We do not publish a faster transit time for it, so if speed is what you need, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and processed in 24 to 48 hours. After that, delivery takes 5 to 7 days and the time varies by location, so allow about a week in total. These delivery times are estimates.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped. We do not have a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Parcels in one order

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. If one turns up and another has not, give it a day before you worry, and email us if it is longer than that.

If it does not arrive

Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will chase the carrier with you. If we cannot ship in the time we told you, or within 30 days where no time was given, you can agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
